May 17 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben S. Bernanke testifies to a congressional committee on the outlook for the world’s largest economy in the coming week.

The Bank of Japan meets to set monetary policy and may upgrade its assessment of the third-biggest economy.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. shareholders decide whether Jamie Dimon can continue to be both chairman and chief executive of the biggest U.S. bank.

SABMiller Plc, Home Depot Inc., Vodafone Group Plc and Gap Inc. are among companies reporting results.
