Kerry Says ‘No Stalling’ Going on About Keystone Decision

Secretary of State John Kerry said that the Obama administration is pursuing the necessary legal procedures required before a decision can be made on Keystone XL Pipeline.

“There’s no stalling going on,” Kerry told the House Foreign Affairs Committee today. The pipeline would carry Canadian tar sands oil to refineries on the U.S. Gulf Coast. “We are following legal procedures required,” he said.
