Hagel, Karzai Agree to ‘Intensive Work’ on Accord During Call

March 16 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel and Afghan President Hamid Karzai agreed to resolve issues related to Afghanistan’s sovereignty and security.
