Ukraine’s Ukravtodor Seeks $600 Million Loan, Kommersant Says

Ukravtodor, Ukraine’s state-run road operator, started talks with the World Bank on a $600 million loan to fix a highway between Poltava and Kharkiv, Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper reported, citing Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Kozak.
