Japan’s Nikkei 225 Stock Average fell the most in three weeks after Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke declined to specify options for further easing. Shares extended their drop after the settlement for Nikkei futures on speculation the market will keep falling, and as the yen rose.
