President Obama hopes to match his 2008 fundraising haul of $750 million for his reelection campaign. Obama knows how to vacuum up small donations of $5 and $10, but no politician can get by on those alone. A good portion of his money will come from the 1 percenters. Bloomberg News’ Hans Nichols took a tour through some of the homes of the wealthy donors who have held fundraisers for the president so far. Among the bells and whistles at these spreads: an infinity pool you can peer into from the house and a “hurricane-proof” wine cellar.
