United Russia to Back Medvedev Aide to Head Duma, Interfax Says

United Russia plans to nominate Sergei Naryshkin, the head of President Dmitry Medvedev’s administration, as speaker of the State Duma, Interfax reported, citing senior party official Andrei Isayev.
