Russia allowed poultry imports from a Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. plant in Douglas, Georgia, and a Sanderson Farms Inc. plant in Collins, Mississippi, as of March 23, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said.
Russia also will allow shipments from House Of Raeford Farms Inc. in Raeford, North Carolina; Claxton Poultry Farms in Claxton, Georgia; Wayne Farms in Jack, Alabama; VersaCold Logistics Services in Mobile, Alabama; and Millard Refrigerated Services in Statesville, North Carolina, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service said in a report on its website dated March 25.
