A Sustainable Summer

I finally understand why people say business school is the best time in their lives. During the admission process, I heard a couple of alumni from various institutions describe their experience just so and I laughed to myself, finding the sentiment to be absurdly ridiculous. How could this stressful period of studying, job hunting, and sleepless nights ever be something I would remember that fondly? Yes, making friends and learning new skills can be great, but "best time of my life" seemed like a grossly exaggerated description conjured by either nostalgia or a strategy to get me to enroll at that school. With a year of business school behind me, I am realizing that the exhilaration, intensity, and constant supply of external stimuli cannot be easily matched by any other period in my life in such a concentrated, focused manner.
