(Bloomberg) — Democrats visiting Cuyahoga County, Ohio, can usually count on a friendly reception in this arty stronghold. President Barack Obama, who arrives today, may sense a chill. Even loyal Democrats say they're weary of Washington's inability to ease unemployment and a housing emergency so severe that a top Federal Reserve official last week referred to Cleveland as "the epicenter of the foreclosure crisis."
