Digital Sky Russia Valued at Up to $6 Billion, Kommersant Says

Digital Sky Technologies Ltd.’s Russian unit may be valued at between $5 billion and $6 billion before an initial public offering planned, Kommersant said, citing two unidentified bankers.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase & Co. conducted the preliminary valuation of Digital Sky’s DST Russia unit, which owns Mail.ru and stakes in social networks Odnoklassniki.ru and Vkontakte.ru, Kommersant said. Digital may sell a 10 percent to 25 percent stake in London at the end of this year or early next year, the newspaper said.
