Faisal Shahzad, charged with attempting to bomb New York’s Times Square, worked for three years at a company controlled by Leon Black’s private-equity firm, Apollo Management LP.
Affinion Group Holdings Inc., a provider of marketing and customer-loyalty plans, employed Shahzad as a financial analyst in its accounting department from 2006 until 2009, the company said.
