Target: Terror is an awful game, a title reminiscent of the old-school "shoot-at-bad-actor" gun games. The video compression is hideous, the gameplay stalls constantly and the background music is terrible. Nevertheless, the game still provides lots of intentional (and unintentional) laughs, particularly in its off-the-wall mini-games. Where else can you plow explosive golf balls into golf cart-driving terrorists? Too bad it's priced at $40 and not $10.
