If you're interested in earning your MBA in Europe, you might be considering London Business School, which offers one of the region's top programs. To get an edge on the competition, you won't want to miss the live chat on Monday, Mar. 31, at noon ET. David Simpson, associate director for the full-time MBA program at LBS, will answer your questions about everything from the workload to writing a stellar essay for your application.
In his time at London Business School, Simpson has traveled the world to meet prospective applicants. He has also read thousands of applications in search of the most talented MBA candidates. Simpson works closely with the MBA Admissions Committee, setting policy and advising on candidate selection. He is also involved in several other areas, including press and PR activities with the Communications Team, and school-wide marketing initiatives with the other degree-program marketing teams. His undergraduate degree is in business studies with a major in international marketing.
Your host for this event will be Francesca Di Meglio (FrancescaBW), BusinessWeek.com's B-schools community manager and reporter.
To participate in the chat, you should head to the B-Schools home page about 10 minutes before the scheduled event. There, you'll find a promo for the chat. Click on it until you reach the chat auditorium, where you'll be able to ask questions and view our guest's responses. You'll be prompted to register with the site if you haven't done so already. It's free and should only take a few minutes.
Hope to see you there!
If you can't attend this live event, you can send Francesca Di Meglio (Francesca_DiMeglio@businessweek.com) questions for the guest in advance, and she'll try to pose as many as she can. Please use the subject line "LBS Chat." Or, you may simply read the transcript that we post afterward.
