Movers: Northwest, Delta, Wal-Mart, Target, Cisco Systems
The Wall Street Journal reports that talks between Northwest Airlines (NWA) and Delta Air Lines (DAL) have picked up steam, and a deal could be announced in the next two weeks. At the same time, preliminary talks between United Airlines parent UAL (UAUA) and Continental Airlines (CAL) have growth more serious, according to WSJ.
