The topsy-turvy primary results in Iowa and New Hampshire have revealed the dramatic hunger for change taking place in the country. A closer look at the voting patterns, however, suggests a deep desire of younger voters for a new kind of leadership. As many of us have recognized for some time, Gen X and Gen Y are tired of the worn-out promises of the older generations and are yearning for authentic leaders throughout this nation.
