Encourage girls to play Haloby

Here’s the question it raises: To lock in these educational benefits, do we need to shell out for 60-inch hi-def monitors and state-of-the-art controls? Or do these recumbent phenoms in our homes derive a measure of their spatial skill from overcoming primitive pre-2K technology?
Also, not to be too dense here: What spatial skills are we talking about, and how will the lack of them handicap the gameplayers among us?
