Enemy Territory: Quake Wars
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars brings in high intensity multiplayer action using campaign settings that highlight key points of the Strogg's invasion of earth. The game makes sure no class gets left behind by playing a key roles in accomplishing mission objectives, but sometimes the two sides seem a little too similar. Although the Strogg use slightly different vehicles and weapons than humans, the fundamental principles behind each class are identical. This often leads to battles of attrition, where all the pressure rests on the shoulders of the attackers, while defenders need only worry about outlasting the timer. Enemy Territory varies things up with changing objectives and does a fair job of it, but those who prefer the ever-changing dynamics of tug-of-war multiplayer games, where both sides can gain or lose territory, might not like this game.
