WSJ says FOMC likely to continue to highlight the risks that low unemployment could yet push inflation higher... plunged yesterday as word spread investment banks having trouble finding buyers for subprime mortgage securities they pulled out of the teetering Bear Sterns hedge funds... 2-year note flat at 99-26/32 for yield of 4.989%, 30 year bonds off 14/32 at 92-06/32 for yield of 5.277%.
