Winter Storm Rattles JetBlue

CEO David Neeleman unveils a Customer Bill of Rights after last week's storm snarls travel for thousands and costs the carrier around $30 million

There was no calm after the storm for JetBlue Airways (JBLU). On Feb. 20, CEO David Neeleman said last week's storm will cost the airline around $30 million. But he also announced changes designed to prevent such a fiasco from happening again. JetBlue shares dipped 4.7% to $12.90 in very heavy volume on the news.
