On Capellas: Fiorina Comes Out Swinging

The former Compaq CEO takes one on the chin in Carly's new memoir. But the criticism may be undeserved

In her newly published tell-all, Tough Choices, former Hewlett-Packard (HPQ) CEO Carly Fiorina lashes out at a number of onetime colleagues. But the one who comes in for particularly stinging criticism is Michael Capellas. As then-CEO of Compaq Computer, Capellas sold Compaq to HP in 2002, staying on at the merged company as president for seven months.
