Piper Jaffray Ups aQuantive to Outperform

From Standard & Poor's Equity Research

Piper Jaffray upgraded aQuantive (AQNT) to outperform from market perform, noting that online advertising remains robust and the company is well positioned across its business segments.

Analyst Aaron Kessler also notes that the company's Chief Financial Officer was buying aQuantive shares last week. For the second quarter, he expects that once again aQuantive will beat consensus estimates and that its 2006 estimates will increase. Given the company's continued strong fundamentals and attractive valuation, he thinks its risk/reward profile has greatly improved. He would be an aggressive buyer at the current price levels. He maintains his 49 cents 2006 earnings per share (EPS) and 66 cents 2007 estimates. He has a $29 stock price target.
