I'm packing up the rental car for a drive from New Jersey to Pittsburgh. The car has a CD player, so I'm busy burning podcasts--a slow and wasteful process. I'll be in Pittsburgh interviewing folks at Carnegie Mellon and Pitt for the next three days. One question for Mac users out there. You can mull it while I drive west: Have any of you found a cheap and easy program for keeping expenses? Should be a no-brainer, but I haven't had any luck yet. The OmniOutliner that came with this PowerBook looks way too slow and complicated.
