Needed: software to transcribe interviews

I came out of IBM research Wednesday with a two-hour interview on my digital recorder. A 100-mb file. (I may have to dial down the bit rate.) Taping interviews is new to me, and so is transcribing. It took me nearly 45 minutes to transcribe the first 9 minutes of the interview. Something has to change. Does anyone know of software that will render an MP3 file into text? I know that BBN Technologies could do it. Their Podzinger races through Podcasts, transcribing them (roughly) and indexing them for keyword search.
