Horses for Courses

On what companies could learn from the blog of a horse whisperer.

Hugh McLeod points to a blog written by horse trainer Darren Wetherill about working with horses. The posts on Horse Bliss are simple and straightforward, but very informative. I think big and small companies that are interested in blogging can take a look at this blog and learn a few things.

For instance, what's interesting to me is that in this blog Wetherill gives away the secrets of his trade in bits and pieces. And yet, reading this makes me wish I lived in Colorado, where his operation is based. I am learning a lot from his blog, but reading the blog makes me wish I could learn about horse handling first hand from Wetherill and his partner Mary Risavi.

Before it's here, it's on the Bloomberg Terminal.
