FPL To Buy Constellation Energy For $11 Bln
Constellation Energy Group(CEG ) and FPL Group (GRP ) (FPL ), the parent of Florida Power & Light, are in advanced talks to buy Constellation Energy Group for more than $11 billion, according to the New York Times.
Anteon International (ANT ) agreed to be acquired by General Dynamics in a deal valued at about $2.2 billion, including $100 million debt assumption, for $55.50 per share in cash.
