Online news drops in post-Katrina slump. Hunger for video grows

The online news numbers slumped in October, as Websurfers had less harrowing Katrina video to watch. The push toward online video is going to be frantic in the coming year, with news sites and blogs alike scrounging for content. Smart banks and convenience stores will probably be able to sell live feeds from their surveillance cameras.
