J-Learning launched this week. It's a digital handbook and how to for people interested in getting involved in citizens journalism and online community news.

This is the latest effort to seed community news projects around the country from J-Lab: The Institute for Interactive, which is part of the journalism school at the University of Maryland. For those of us who are excited about how this movement can help journalism become even better, this is a great project. (Via Susan Mernit)

Before it's here, it's on the Bloomberg Terminal.
