The Dukes of Hazzard
It's a bit of a surprise that the rural south could produce so many brands (there was that scene in Atlanta). A racetrack (think low-level NASCAR) and a bar provide a good number of the brands (BF Goodrich remains in our heads). Luke's sunglasses were cool, even though we don't know who makes them. But the real star of the show was the 1969 Dodge Charger. Others seem to agree as the official "blue book" resale value of the classic car recently increased over 60 percent. Dodge, currently re-releasing the model, turned down an opportunity to partner with Dukes due to PR concerns about the confederate flag. But there are plenty of replicas on eBay.
