BW's new Luxury Housing Affordability Index shows high-end prices have fallen back a bit in several major markets -- but not all

It's probably too soon to say that the housing market has topped out. But here's a surprising finding: According to BusinessWeek's own Luxury Housing Affordability Index, prices at the high end of the market actually got a little more affordable in many major markets in the last three months of 2004 (see ).
