Treasuries were trading mixed on Monday, with long-dated Treasuries made gains. With a $51 billion quarterly refunding looming, the market saw light trading flows, according to Informa. The yield curve failed to steepen despite a possible dent in Asian participation, due to the upcoming Chinese New Year. The market is still betting that Friday's lower than expected payrolls report further reduces the chances of aggressive Fed interest rate action.
