Two hiring execs at consultant A.T. Kearney have plenty of advice for new grads looking to land top jobs in Asia and Europe

What does it take to land an MBA-level consulting job in Europe or Asia? It's a relevant question as more and more B-school graduates seek jobs in these regions. Steve Bevan is human resources director for Britain and South Africa at consulting firm A.T. Kearney. Since early 2004 he has been coordinating MBA hiring across Europe. For the past year, Sharon Bennett has been Kearney's human resources director for Asia, including Japan, India, China, Australia, and countries in between.
