Treasuries End Higher
Treasuries rose in the wake of small PPI rise and a weaker-than-expected Michigan Consumer Sentiment index. Oil surged to $46 a barrel on fears that Venezuela oil output would be interrupted if Chavez looses the referendum this weekend, helping Treasuries to bounce at the close.
