Europe Stocks End Lower
European stock markets closed lower on Friday. London's FTSE 100 index was off 38.30 points, or 0.87%, to 4,403.00 on terrorist attacks that killed the head of Iraq's interim governing council and damaged HSBC banks in Ankara and Istanbul.
