Europe Stocks End Higher

Hong Kong stocks end lower; Canada shares finish flat

European stock markets ended higher. London's Financial Times-Stock Exchange 100 index rose 16.9 points, or 0.38%, to 4,440.9. Britain's third-quarter GDP growth was revised higher to 0.8% from 0.7%, but the country's current account deficit rose to 8.1 billion pounds, the highest in 3 years.
