Treasuries End Mostly Lower

Treasuries sold off after the terror alert faded and volume eased up ahead of the Christmas holiday

Again retail flow was lacking, and hedge fund and speculative activity was also light as the Christmas holiday trade week wore on. Prices opened higher following the terror-alert elevation to the second-highest level, "orange," and with New York City's level elevated to "orange-plus."
