Analyst Rebecca Runkle thinks upside to her consumer revenue estimates is likely

Morgan Stanley says Hewlett-Packard (HPQ ) is positioned for a strong fourth quarter.

Analyst Rebecca Runkle says that given strong demand, a new product line-up, and lean retail inventories in August and September, she thinks upside to consumer revenue estimates is likely. In addition, she says stabilizing demand along with completion of PartnerONE could drive strong sequential performance of Enterprise Systems Group in Europe. Runkle sees $1.45 fiscal 2004 (ending October) EPS, rising to $1.62 in fiscal 2005.She rates the stock overweight, and has a $24 price target.
