A majority of BW Online readers say they're already too high and that the U.S. lacks a plan for putting Iraq back together again

The U.S. is as far as it has ever been, since the start of the war in Iraq, from reaching its objectives there. At least, that's the opinion of a majority of readers who responded to our Sept. 9 Reader Survey, which asked several questions relating to the war and its aftermath in Iraq.
