Stocks may be rallying, but the overall trend will continue to be flat. That's the view of William Wolman, longtime BusinessWeek economist, author, and TV commentator, who styles himself a member of the Flat Market Society. And he looks for no more than 2.5% growth in the economy in 2003's second half.
