AMR Makes Tentative Labor Deal

American Airline parent AMR Corp. (AMR ) reached a tentative agreement Monday with its 16,200 mechanics and related employees represented by the Transport Workers Union to restructure its labor costs, a move that will help the airline to avoid a potential bankruptcy.
