Julie Barefoot, who since 1988 has been director of MBA admissions at Emory University's Goizueta Business School (No. 22 in BusinessWeek's latest B-school rankings), recently spoke with BusinessWeek Online's Brian Hindo about trends in MBA admissions, what types of people are the best fit for Emory -- and surefire ways to get rejected by the school.
