Leeb Capital Management's Stephen Leeb, concerned about Iraq and spiking oil prices, discusses some defensive strategies

Until the situation in Iraq and the Middle East is resolved, investors would do well to steer clear of stocks that would be hurt by high energy prices. That's the outlook of Stephen Leeb, president of Leeb Capital Management. He notes that "the market is itching to go higher" but says it will be held back if oil prices continue to climb.
