Treasuries End Mostly Lower

Shorter-dated issues fell on the rebound in stocks

The day after the FOMC turned into a wild ride for Treasuries, as U.S. stocks drew some courage from the end of the SEC certification period despite more carnage on European bourses. The curve flattened sharply, warped by the Fed bias shift, convexity hedging and ongoing unwinding of steepeners.
