General Dynamics (GD ), Raytheon (RTN ), and Britain's BAE Systems PLC have reportedly placed bids for TRW's (TRW ) military assets. The two TRW business units being sold could fetch as much as $6.5 billion, according to the Wall Street Journal. Petroleum Geo-Services (PGO ) agrees to further cut the purchase price it seeks from Veritas DGC. PGS holders to now get 0.38 shars in a new holding companhy (55% stake), vs. the initial terms of 0.47 shares. (6/24)

Liberty Media (L ) agrees to acquire Wink Communications (WINK ) for $3 per share. (6/24)

Morton's Restaurant Group (MRG ) agrees to be acquired by Carl Icahn at $15 per share. This gives Castle Harlan five business days to improve its latest rival bid of $13.50 per share. (6/21)
