BEI Medical Systems (BMED ) agrees to be acquired by Boston Scientific (BSX ) for $95 million in cash, or $6.84 per share. BEI Medical provides medical products and services focusing on women. (5/14)

Natural gas company Canadian Natural Resources (CED ) agrees to acquire Rio Alto Exploration for $917.6 million (U.S. dollars) in cash and stock, plus the assumption of debt. Terms: Rio Alto shareholders will have the option of receiving C$18.10 in cash (a maximum of C$850 million) or 0.3468 Canadian Natural share for each Rio Alto share. (5/13)

Dynacare (DNCR ) agrees to be be acquired by Laboratory Corp. of America (LH ) for about $480 million in cash and stock. Shareholders will get $11.50 cash and 0.1164 LH share per DNCR share. (5/9)
