Johnson & Johnson says it will acquire Tibotec-Virco NV, and other merger news

Reader's Digest Association (RDA ) agrees to acquire Midwestern publishing house Reiman Publications LLC for $760 million. Reiman, which publishes cooking, gardening, country lifestyle, and nostalgia magazines, was controlled by Chicago investment firm Madison Dearborn Partners Inc. (3/22)
