S&P Lowers Kmart Credit Ratings

The retailer's ratings are put on CreditWatch with negative implications amid worries about its financial flexibility

On Jan. 14, Standard & Poor's lowered its corporate credit rating on Kmart Corp. (KM ) to single-'B'-minus from double-'B'-plus and placed the ratings on CreditWatch with negative implications.
