A stock-trading service from Fidelity is a new addition to OnStar, GM's in-car e-concierge. Somehow, it seems so 1999

Imagine this: You're cruising down the highway in your Cadillac, listening to the news, when you hear that a stock you own has missed earnings targets by 10 cents. Nonplussed, you hit a white button on your dashboard and tell the speech-recognition technology: "Get me Fidelity." After stating your personal identification number, you get a quote on the plummeting shares. Before reaching the next exit, you've unloaded the stock.
