Anyone who's been shopping for a monitor in the past few months knows what an attractive deal LCDs have become, especially at the 15-inch size. Following closely on that trend are 17-inch models, many of which now cost less than $1000. AOC is aiming to grab some attention with a super-low price on its LM700, at $699.
