J.P. Morgan Cuts American Management Rating

Analyst Robert St. Jean thinks revenue and EPS momentum will not significantly recover until sometime next year

J.P. Morgan downgraded American Management Systems (AMSY ) to long-term buy from buy.

Analyst Robert St. Jean thinks the recovery in the company's revenue and EPS momentum will not significantly occur until sometime next year. He still views American Management as a strong company with deep industry knowledge and expertise in implementing sophisticated information systems. In a better technology environment, St. Jean says the company would do very well, but he doesn't believe this environment will materialize in the next six months.
